The Frederick H. Alms Memorial Park on Mt. Tusculum offers a magnificent view of the Ohio River at a point originally called “Bald Hill.” From its heights, one can see the juncture of the Little Miami & Ohio Rivers, the hills of Kentucky, Lunken Airport, and panoramic views. Its magnificent pavilion is perfect for an intimate gathering.

French House is the focal point of the 275-acre French Park. French House was built in the early 1900’s. The two-story brick house offers many adjacent rooms and outdoor terraces, surrounded by gardens and meadows in the center of French Park. Krohn Conservatory in Eden Park is itself architecturally significant, having been built in 1933 at the height of the art-deco era. However, one will find what’s in its interior walls that make Krohn Conservatory truly special. Its world-renowned International Butterfly Show and Holiday Floral Show are settings that transport visitors to other worlds.

Description
Mt. Echo offers one of Cincinnati’s most dramatic overlooks. In 1929, the impressive Italianate pavilion was completed, and is one of the finest structures of the Cincinnati Park system. Below the pavilion is the overlook with its breath-taking views of downtown Cincinnati. Spectacular Buckeye and Sycamore trees remain from the park’s original plantings.

Named for Cincinnati’s first African-American mayor, it serves as a lasting tribute to world unity and global understanding. The grand design of the park drew its inspiration from a child’s friendship bracelet.
