Alms Park Pavilion

Can cars be left overnight?

Yes. Cars are not ticketed or towed, however, vehicles are left at your own risk.

Is there enough room for parking?

Vehicles will need to park on the drive that circles Alms Park. The on site police officer will direct guests.

Is there a place to get ready?

Unfortunately, there is not a space private enough to get ready on property.

Is there a kitchen on property the caterers utilize?

No, the caterers will be in a catering tent that is situated on the side of the pavilion.

Is there sufficient lighting at the pavilion?

There are lampposts available in the front of the pavilion, however you will need to purchase additional lighting if the tent is utilized.

Is there enough electric provided at the pavilion?

There are electric boxes providing plenty of outlets on the front and back of the pavilion.

If my ceremony is at the Pergola, do I have to rent two sets of chairs for the ceremony and reception?

No. In this case, a $200 chair transition fee is applied. Essentially, we provide double chairs and only require you to pay full price for one set. The $200 is the fee of the second set, instead of paying full price for the second set.

Can a wedding ceremony be held at the Pergola?

Yes, the Pergola can be used and is included in your venue rental fee.

Are there bathrooms on site?

There is a men’s restroom and a women’s restroom on either side of the pavilion. These restrooms are not accessible to the public and will be secured for private usage by your guests.

Is the tent included in the venue rental fee?

No, the tent is an additional cost and will be reflected in your itemized equipment invoice.
